Cut Lounge Launches Two Week Only Tiki Pop Up Menu
Beverly Wilshire takes guests on a tropical food and drink journey

From August 21 through September 2, Cut Lounge at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel is taking guests on a tropical culinary journey without leaving the 90210.

The Wolfgang Puck restaurant is offering a full menu of tiki inspired appetizers and cocktails.


The bar menu includes tradition island libations such as Mai Tais, Zombie’s and Scorpion Bowls as well as new creations with Polynesian flare. The new custom blended drinks include the Puka O Kalani with Damoiseau Rhum Agricole, lime, passion fruit and Falernum; Garden of Eden with a tropical tea infused vodka, lemon and mint; Luffing the Sails with Royal Bienheim apricots, pineapple, Rhum Barbancourt and lime; Scottish Shipwreck with Mt. Gay Eclipse Rum, Balvenie Double Wood scotch and lemon bitters; Personal Floatation Device with Rhum JM V.S.O.P, calvados, guava and Falernum; Pina Cool La Di Da with pineapple, coconut and lime and Peace on Earth with Lemon Hart Demerara 151 Rum, Myers dark rum pineapple, coconut and orgeat.

Tiki appetizer platters include Himaa cooked Kula pork; Huli Huli chicken oysters; Poisson Cru with hamachi inside a coconut; Kalbi short ribs; Maine lobster croquettas and malasadas (guava and coconut donut holes). Cut Lounge is also offering some of their regular menu dishes including a Wagyu hamburger and fries; tuna tartar sandwich; steak tartar, grilled cheese and New York steak skewers.

The short two week promotion is a perfect way to savor the last weeks of summer.
