elit Vodka Gets a Special Swan Glass at The Bazaar

This summer, Stoli’s high end elit Vodka is getting it’s own special elegant swan glass at The Bazaar by José Andrés in Beverly Hills at the SLS Hotel.

This ultra luxury vodka is great sipped chilled or mixed for a vodka martini. elit uses a special process to produce the spirit. Grain is harvested in Russia’s Tambov region, distinct for it’s black soil. Once the grain is fermented, it travels to Riga, Latvia where it is blended with artesian well waters and filtered through super fine quartz sand to remove any impurities. Next, the flow rate is set through Russian birch wood charcoal and freeze filtered at minus 18 degrees. elit has citrus and warm caramel notes with a warm finish.

The new glass swan drinking vessels provide an elevated cocktail drinking experience. The Bazaar by José Andrés is the first restaurant to offer elit cocktails in the swan glasses.
