Assemblymember Baker Joins Transportation Roundtable

On July 15, the Mayor's Town Hall will focus on state, regional and local transportation issues.

From the Town of Danville: Mayor Renee Morgan has announced that Assemblymember Catharine Baker will be joining the Transportation Roundtable set for Saturday, July 15, 2017. The Transportation Roundtable is the focus of the Mayor’s Town Hall meeting held quarterly where Mayor Morgan meets with the community and discusses various topics of interest.

Featured guests for the July 15, 2017 Town Hall include Assemblymember Jim Frazier, Chair of the Assembly’s Transportation Committee; Contra Costa Transportation Authority Executive Director Randy Iwasaki; Town of Danville Transportation Manager Andy Dillard; and now, Assemblymember Catharine Baker.

At the Town Hall event, the guests will provide updates and information regarding transportation issues facing Danville, followed by a short Q&A. Statewide transportation funding, regional transportation projects including autonomous shuttles, and Town mobility projects will be discussed.

The Mayor’s Town Hall is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Veterans Memorial Building, 115 E. Prospect Avenue, Danville. Complimentary baked goods and coffee will be provided.
