DANVILLE, CA — Three Danville brothers took top spots at the Spartan Race in Patterson last Saturday. Owen, 11, Trevor, 13, and Cole Scott, 9, took first, second and third place respectively in last weekend’s grueling obstacle course race. Their parents, Dr. Bridget Scott and Tyler Scott, Lead Pastor at Community Presbyterian Church, were there to cheer them on, according to a church spokesperson.
The three boys attend San Ramon Valley Christian Academy in Danville. Bridget, who owns Scott Chiropractic, is a regular half-marathon runner herself, and competed in the race as well along with dozens of other moms.
Bridget said, "They gave it their all! So proud of them. This was actually a Christmas gift I gave the boys. They’ve always wanted to do one after watching Spartan Races on T.V. Awesome experience to do with the whole family."
