Danville is one of the top 10 safest city in California, according to a report by Safewise Security Systems.
The town of roughly 42,000 was ranked number 9, with nearby city San Ramon in the 10th slot.
The study was made from the company's data and research since 2011, as well as the most recent FBI Crime in the U.S.
