Danville Road Repairs Planned, Expect Traffic Delays

DANVILLE, CA — Motorists who use Diablo Road, between Green Valley Road and Avenida Nueva, can expect delays this week as paving contractors make road repairs. The work—which is part of the Town's 2018-19 Pavement Rehabilitation Project—is slated for Wednesday and Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane and a pilot vehicle will be used to guide eastbound and westbound traffic through construction zones, according to Town officials. Drivers should expect minor delays and allow extra time to travel through the corridor, officials said.
