Danville Schools Named 'Honor Roll Schools'

The San Ramon Valley Unified School District was named an Honor Roll District after 30 schools were recognized.

DANVILLE, CA — Schools across Danville were recognized for high achievement, student improvement, college readiness and reduced achievement gaps.

Thirty San Ramon Valley Unified School District schools were named 2019-2020 Honor Roll Schools by the Educational Results Partnership— a nonprofit that seeks to improve student achievement and recognize schools where this is happening to identify best practices, according to a news release from the district. As such, the district was named an Honor Roll School District.

“Each of our schools strives to increase achievement and improve outcomes for every student," said Superintendent John Malloy in the news release.

SRVUSD was responsible for the education of 32,000 students last school year, according to state data.

Nearly 2,600 schools across California were named ERP Honor Roll Schools.

  • Elementary: Bella Vista, Bollinger Canyon, Coyote Creek, Creekside, Golden View, Green Valley, Greenbrook, Hidden Hills, John Baldwin, Live Oak, Montair, Montevideo, Neil Armstrong, Quail Run, Rancho Romero, Sycamore Valley, Tassajara Hills, Vista Grande
  • Middle: Charlotte Wood, Diablo Vista, Gale Ranch, Iron Horse, Los Cerros, Pine Valley, Stone Valley, Windemere Ranch
  • High: California, Dougherty Valley, Monte Vista, San Ramon Valley
