Verona Avenue Briefly Closed Due To Flooding: Danville
Crews are on scene and working to reopen Verona Avenue, which flooded after rains from a storm Thursday.

DANVILLE, CA — Verona Avenue between Linda Mesa Ave and Alice Court was briefly closed Thursday afternoon due to flooding.
The town first reported the closure shortly before noon and said crews were on scene, working to reopen the road.
Though Danville and San Ramon were spared, Dublin and Pleasanton were briefly under a flood advisory Thursday as a storm passed over the Bay Area, bringing rain and snow in higher elevations.
