Lost Pet Sparks Helicopter Search in Blackhawk

A helicopter that alarmed some residents in Blackhawk Monday afternoon belonged to a pilot who was looking for his lost dog, according to Danville Police Lt. Jeff Moule.

The dog was found by a family that kept it until the owner could come pick it up. And no, he didn't land the copter in the yard. He came by car.l
