J.K. Rowling Film To Be Shown During Danville’s Moonlight Movies
Danville's Moonlight Movies on the Town Green continues this summer with the showing of 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'.

From the City of Danville: The Town of Danville’s Moonlight Movies on the Town Green continues this summer with the showing of the fantasy film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (PG-13) on Friday, July 28. The film is the first installment in the Fantastic Beasts series and was produced and written by J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series. Danville families are encouraged to pack up a picnic dinner, blankets and Frisbee for the popular Moonlight Movies program.
Summer would not be the same without a neighborhood gathering and picnic. Bring the gang down to the Town Green, located at 420 Front St, for fun, fresh air and a great flick. Danville's Moonlight Movies offer family-friendly films in an outdoor setting under the stars. The final film to be shown this summer is Finding Dory (PG) on August 11.
The fun starts at 6:45 p.m. with crafts and activities for the kids and the film will start at sunset, approximately 8:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
