List Of Street Closures For Danville Summerfest

The following street closures will be in place for the festival from 2 a.m. Saturday through 11 p.m. Sunday.

DANVILLE, CA — Danville's annual Summerfest is bringing more than 150 arts, crafts and food vendors to Hartz Avenue during the June 22 – 23 weekend-long family friendly event that runs daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Town officials are looking forward to a good turnout but are also advising residents that the following street closures will be in place for the festival from 2 a.m. Saturday through 11 p.m. Sunday:

· Hartz Avenue between Diablo Road and Hartz Way;

· Prospect Avenue between the Clock Tower municipal parking lot entrance and Front Street;

· Church Street between Railroad Avenue and the entrance to the Village Theatre municipal parking lot; and

· School Street between Hartz Avenue and Railroad Avenue.

Both Front Street and Railroad Avenue will be open to through traffic as an alternate to Hartz Avenue, and free parking is available in all municipal parking lots surrounding the venue, with no time restrictions during the event, according to Town officials.
