The combination of technology and good will has resulted in $2,500 raised for a local interim housing nonprofit for struggling and homeless families. Abby Moran raised money online via GoFundMe for LifeMoves.org, a nonprofit with more than 40 years of service and experience in successfully serving homeless families and individuals in the bay area. LifeMoves is the largest and most effective nonprofit committed to ending the cycle of homelessness for families and individuals. Abby and her family visited their facilities over the holidays and was told that the most needed item they need are bedding; sheets, blankets, and pillows. Her family was introduced to the organization via their involvement in Tipping Point - so they knew they were a well-vetted orgnaization and the money is going to good place. All the money donated was used to buy sheets, blankets, and pillows for people trying to get back on their feet. If you have any questions go to the LifeMoves website: www.lifemoves.org

This weekend, Abby and her parents delivered 50 Sheet sets, 50 Blankets, 30 Pillows, 25 Backpacks, 10 Boxes of Diapers & wipes and 20 art canvases & supplies
. All of this was delivered to LifeMoves in Menlo Park on March 9, 2019.
