San Ramon Valley Run For Education Goes Virtual In 37th Year
Support the San Ramon Valley Unified School District with a run anywhere you'd like. More than $40,000 in auction items have been donated.
SAN RAMON VALLEY, CA — The 37th annual San Ramon Valley Run for Education is going virtual this year.
Runners may participate in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District fundraiser on any route they'd like Oct. 11. The San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, which organizes the event, raises millions each year to support local schools, the organization said in a news release.
Schools earn 40 percent of the net registration fees.

More than $40,000 in auction items have been donated for the Rotary Club of San Ramon's Auction for Education — the event's biggest fundraiser. The auction runs from Nov. 1 to Nov. 9.
The rotary club's Auction for Education Live Event takes place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 5 with student performances and prizes.
