Spread Cheer with Beer

Visit five stops on the Tri-Valley Beer Trail, and Visit Tri-Valley will donate $20 to The Taylor Family Foundation

When you’re making plans to get together with friends and family this holiday season, consider raising a pint to help “spread cheer with beer.” From now through January 31, Visit Tri-Valley will donate $20 to The Taylor Family Foundation (TTFF) for people completing at least five stops along the Tri-Valley Beer Trail.

Founded in 1990, TTFF provides summer and weekend camp sessions for children with chronic medical conditions, developmental disabilities and youth-at-risk at no charge to their families. At camp, children swim, ride horses, climb the rock walk, eat s’mores and more, all in a therapeutic setting. Best of all, TTFF campers make memories and lasting friendships that otherwise may not have been possible because of their health concerns. Groups TTFF serves include children with pediatric cancer, brain tumors, asthma, juvenile diabetes, bleeding disorders, Crohn’s and colitis, and burn survivors. TTFF also helps local families in urgent financial need because of a medical crisis. Over the last 30 years, the foundation has touched the lives of more than 67,000 children, providing support for nearly 86,000 families in Northern California.
