Street Closures Planned For SRVHS Homecoming Parade In Danville

Beginning at 2:40 p.m. on Oct. 3, the SRVHS Homecoming Parade will commence through the historic downtown area.

DANVILLE, CA — Motorists are advised that streets in downtown Danville will be closed briefly Thursday for the annual San Ramon Valley High School Homecoming Parade.

Beginning at 2:40 p.m. on Oct. 3, the SRVHS Homecoming Parade will commence through the historic downtown area. The parade will begin at SRVHS and will result in rolling street closures of parts of Railroad, Prospect, and Hartz avenues as well as Danville Boulevard.

Affected streets are expected to be reopened by 3:15 p.m.

Motorists are asked to use caution in the area and expect delays.

The parade is part of homecoming week, that includes a football game Friday against Foothill and the homecoming dance Saturday.
