Summer Work To Improve San Ramon Valley Boulevard

Motorists along San Ramon Valley Boulevard will see work crews this summer near the south end of town as a project gets underway to provide enhancements to the popular thoroughfare.

Currently in the design phase, the project is expected to slurry seal and restripe a segment of San Ramon Valley Boulevard between Podva Road and Jewel Terrace.

Additionally, the project will provide new bicycle lane striping and buffer zone treatments similar to Danville Boulevard between Railroad Avenue and El Cerro Boulevard. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2020.
