All City of Davis fields and parks are closed through at least Feb. 14 due to wet field conditions and/or the forecast of inclement weather.

DAVIS, CA -- Sorry, sports fans and nature lovers: the City of Davis parks and athletic fields that have been closed for several days due to to wet field conditions and/or bad weather are remaining shut at least one more day.

After evaluating the locations on Monday, Feb. 13, the City of Davis said that its parks and fields will remain closed through at least Valentine's Day, Feb. 14.

The lone exception, according to the city, is the Playfields Park synthetic soccer field at 2500 Research Park Dr., which remains open.
