City Of Davis Parks, Athletic Fields Closed Due To Weather

DAVIS, CA -- All municipal fields and parks in town are closed through the weekend due to wet field conditions and/or the forecast of inclement conditions, the City of Davis said the morning of March 24.

The lone exception is Playfields Synthetic Soccer field, which is to remain open.

Regardless if a sign is posted, all fields are still closed, according to the city.

Signs should be posted at the parks, but if there is a sign posted and someone is using the area, residents are advised to call the Davis Police Department non-emergency line, (530) 747-5400.

City staff is expected to re-evaluate fields on Monday, March 27.
