City of Davis Reopens All Parks, Athletic Fields
All City of Davis parks and athletic fields have now reopened following days of closure due to heavy rains.
DAVIS, CA -- Good news, sports fans and nature lovers: all the City of Davis parks and athletic fields that had been closed for several days due to to wet fields and/or bad weather are again open to the public.
The city announced at 10 am Tuesday, Feb. 14 that all its fields and parks have reopened, but in the announcement, the city urged caution while using, because some fields still have a fair amount of saturation.
