Davis Easter 2020: Updated List Of Stores Open, Closed
Target, Trader Joe's and other major stores in or near Davis are closed Easter Sunday to give essential workers a day off.
DAVIS, CA — Easter Sunday will be the first day off for many store employees who have been deemed as essential workers during the new coronavirus outbreak.
The holiday is also the first day that multiple major stores are scheduled to be closed in Yolo County and Northern California since the coronavirus crisis began in the United States.
On the one hand, companies are closing stores to allow employees to properly observe the religious holiday. However, it also allows some of the nation’s largest retailers to give their workers a much-needed day at home.
