Davis Senior Issues Forum hosted by Sen Bill Dodd

Senator Bill Dodd will host a public forum in Davis on Aug. 22 at the Senior Center starting at 2pm. The Forum will address important issues facing seniors and to give information about healthcare, benefits and services.

Sen. Dodd will moderate a panel of experts including Yolo County officials and senior advocates. Attendees will be able to ask questions to the panelists and get connected with resources.

Dodd; Davis Mayor Brett Lee; Sheila Allen, executive director of the Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance; Lindsey Hall, victim advocate for the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office; Elizabeth Stevens, Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program of Yolo County; a specialist from the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
