Free Frozen Yogurt in Davis Saturday: ‘Whatever You Can Fit in the Cup, You Take Home For Free’

A new Davis frozen yogurt shop will be serving up free frozen yogurt and toppings this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as they celebrate their grand opening in The Marketplace shopping center.   

“Whatever you can fit in the cup, you can take home for free," said Ajay Hira, Marketing Partner and co-owner of Yogurtland, which will be located at 1411, just a few doors down from Dos Coyotes and Peet’s Coffee.   

When three hours of free yogurt come to an end, 20 percent of all sales will be donated to the Yolo County SPCA.   

Here’s a bit more about Yogurtland: "Presently there are more than 200 locations across the U.S., Guam, Mexico, Venezuela and Australia with more than 50 in the pipeline scheduled to open over the next six months," according to the company's website.
