Police: Man Seen Masturbating at North Davis Greenbelt Entrance

A woman witnessed a man masturbating near the entrance of a north Davis greenbelt Sunday night. 

The female was returning to her home near Bella Casa Street and Catalina Drive at 11:45 p.m. when she noticed a man standing next to a bicycle, exposing himself and masturbating. 

She went into her home and called the police. Responding officers checked the surrounding area, but were not able to find the suspect, who is described as a white male, about 20 years old and six-feet tall. The witness said he was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.

"It was a vague description," said Davis Police Lt. Glenn Glasgow. "She noticed him but we're not sure if he noticed her." 

Several other incidents of men exposing themselves happened in that general area early this summer, but police don't believe this was in any way associated with those.
