Sacramento Area Gas Prices May Drop Below $2 Per Gallon
Several area stations are currently selling gas for less than $2.10. One gas expert says our prices will probably continue to drop.

Gas is closing in on the unheard of $2.00 per gallon price in at least one Sacramento area town, and it may go even lower.
The Costco in Roseville is selling regular unleaded gas for $2.06 per gallon (as of 2:30 p.m. Monday Dec 14). A nearby ARCO station is at $2.10.
RocklinToday.com quotes Jeff Pelton, a senior petroleum analyst for GasBuddy.com: “We are going to end this year with the lowest gas prices since 2008, and people want to know can it get even lower? Yes, it can,” Pelton tells the website.
