Doggy Etiquette 101
Join instructor Melissa Morris for a fast-paced, six-week, hands-on course, where you and yourÂ
dog will have fun together while learning the tools to turn him into the well behaved familyÂ
pet you’ve always dreamed him to be! Using positive methods, your dog will learn to look toÂ
you for guidance, say please by sitting for everything he wants, politely greet people, and muchÂ
more! All dogs 8 weeks and older are welcome. All dogs must be vaccinated. $30 materials feeÂ
is payable to instructor on the first day of class (includes book and DVD).

Golf – Beginner & Intermediate
Wildhorse Gold Course is partnering with the City of Davis to offer an adult golfing classÂ
designed for beginner and intermediate level golfers. Staff instructors have developed a uniqueÂ
and enjoyable program to teach you the fundamentals of the swing, the short game, putting, rulesÂ
and on-course etiquette. If you have been considering learning how to play golf, or you simplyÂ
want to play better and have more fun, don’t miss this opportunity!  There is a $25 materials feeÂ
payable to the instructor on the first day of class to cover balls, equipment and cart rentals.

First Aid
This American Red Cross course trains lay responders to recognize and care for a variety of firstÂ
aid emergencies, such as burns, cuts and scrapes; sudden illnesses; head, neck and back injuries;Â
and heat and cold emergencies. In order to receive certifications, participants must attend andÂ
participate in all skills practice and assessment; demonstrate competency in all required skills;Â
and correctly answer at least 80 percent of the questions on the written exams. Upon successful
completion of course requirements, participants will receive the Standard First Aid CertificationÂ
(valid for 2 years).

Adult & Pediatric CPR/AEDÂ
This American Red Cross course trains lay responders to recognize and care for life-threateningÂ
respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, infants, and children. Upon successful completionÂ
of course requirements, participants will receive certifications in CPR/AED– Adult & Child andÂ
CPR – Infant (valid for 2 years).
