The city is offering a $1,000 stipend.
DUBLIN, CA — The city of Dublin is inviting qualified professional artists and high school student artists working under the supervision of a professional artist or art teacher to submit designs for a temporary public art project titled “New American Backyard."
Chosen artists will decorate Adirondack chairs to be on temporary display for public viewing at selected businesses, parks, and events throughout Dublin from March 2020 through September 2020.
The chairs will be awarded to different artists based on design, and artists will be given the option to submit a design for one chair or a set of two chairs.
