DUBLIN, CA — A crash on westbound I-580 Tuesday snarled traffic through Dublin, but the freeway is getting back up to speed. The multi-vehicle wreck was reported shortly after 12:30 p.m. near Santa Rita Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least one vehicle crashed through a chainlink fence near the interstate and a frontage road was blocked.
Reports of injuries were not immediately available. The cause of the crash in under investigation by the CHP.
