Deadly Crash Probe Involving Dublin Stolen Car Continues
One teen was killed and two passengers were seriously injured in the weekend accident.

The investigation into a traffic accident that claimed 19-year-old Hannah Meecham of Livermore will remain open another two to four months. Toxicology results to determine if drugs or alcohol were in her system at the time of her death could take up to two months. After that, a coroner’s inquest will be held.

An investigator told Patch today that no further updates are anticipated until the final results of the inquest.

Meecham was at the wheel of a stolen car when she led police on a high speed chase, lost control, and crashed into a tree in Danville. Also in the care were a 19-year-old Livermore woman and a 37-year-old Livermore man, both of whom suffered serious injuries in the crash.
The car had been stolen in Dublin.
