Dublin Brothel Operated In Apartment Complex, Police Say: Report
Two men were arrested in 2018 and are inching toward trial, Bay Area News Group reported.
DUBLIN, CA — Two East Bay men allegedly operated Dublin brothels out of apartment units back in 2018, Bay Area News Group reported.
Qiwei Liu, 29, and Zheng Xu, 32, are inching toward trial after they were charged with charges related to pimping and money laundering, the paper reported. Neither man was in Santa Rita Jail as of Tuesday.
Police said an undercover operation led them to discover the brothel was at the Park Sierra Apartments on Dougherty Road, Bay Area News Group reported. Police said they believe it was initially operating at another Dublin apartment complex, but moved after investigators began to surveil it, the paper reported.
