Dublin Chamber Of Commerce: Zone 7 Evaluating All Water Supply Options

Dublin San Ramon Services District’s water wholesaler, Zone 7 Water Agency, is studying “Local Water Supply and Water Quality” and focusing on overall water supply reliability, groundwater quality, and groundwater management. The Zone 7 Board of Directors expressed its desire to evaluate all water supply options: Delta conveyance, potable reuse, Sites Reservoir, regional desalination, transfers/exchanges, and Los Vaqueros expansion. Zone 7 is also committed to working collaboratively on reliability efforts with the four water retailers: California Water Service, DSRSD, Livermore, and Pleasanton.
