Dublin To Hold Fourth Public Meeting On Draft Maps Tuesday
The City Council will consider draft maps of new electoral districts submitted by the community and professional demographers.

DUBLIN, CA ? Dublin will host its fourth public hearing on district draft maps on Tuesday, July 19 at 7 p.m. The Dublin City Council will review all district draft maps, and potentially select a final map, the city said.
Dublin City Councilmembers and the Dublin mayor are currently elected by the entire city on an at-large basis, but like neighboring Pleasanton, Dublin is switching to a district system. Starting in 2024, voters will be divided into four districts of equal population, also taking into account schools, demography, natural topography, and more. Voters will select only candidates who live in their district.
Since April, the city has asked residents to submit feedback through public hearings and online draft maps. The city also conducted virtual and in-person workshops, social media advertising, and grassroots outreach at the Dublin Farmers? Market.
