Dublin Mayor Race: Election Results
Two city councilmembers and a small business owner sought to replace Mayor David Haubert.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin City Councilmember Melissa Hernandez appeared poised to serve as the city's next mayor as of Wednesday morning.
Hernandez maintained her lead throughout the night, with 52% of the vote (6,381 votes) as of 11 p.m., with all 12 precincts reporting.
She faced a challenge from fellow councilmember Arun Goel, who received 38% of votes, and small business owner Regina Pangelinan, who received 10%.

Hernandez will likely replace Mayor David Haubert, who has served since 2014.
Haubert will not be seeking re-election as appears headed to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors and represent District 1, which includes Dublin, Pleasanton, Fremont and eastern unincorporated Alameda County.
