Safe and Sane fireworks are allowed to be sold by qualifying non-profit organizations in the City of Dublin.

Safe and Sane fireworks are allowed to be sold by qualifying non-profit organizations in the City of Dublin just prior to Independence Day. An application to sell fireworks is now available online. Qualified non-profits may use the following link to begin the application process: https://citydocs.dublin.ca.gov/Forms/fireworksapplication.

A completed packet for entrance into the booth drawing is due by Friday, April 21, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
