What the nominator loves: Customer service; large food portions; friendly employees

From the nominator: "The customer service is outstanding and the food is consistently great! The portions exceed expectations, especially their onion rings! We have continued to order take out, almost weekly, since the pandemic began. When we call in, Victor will recognize our voice and knows what we order on a regular basis. He will always ask if there are any changes or if we miss an item he will remind us of the item missing. Our order is usually ready within 15 minutes and they always include the condiments for our order! When the restaurant was open for indoor service, the customer service was fantastic! The menu has something for everyone, so it was easy to take a guest there, knowing that they could find something to eat."

What the nominator loves: Friendly and thoughtful ownership; adapted to help provide key goods during the pandemic

From the nominator: "They were very flexible and agile during the hardest part of the pandemic, they created a website to sell groceries besides the amazing beer they always had... it was a game changer for us, and we were super happy to be able to buy things like cod fish that they would serve in the restaurant, carnitas, and of course, toilet paper! I think they were super fast in adapting and still offering great quality services... they deserve all the prizes for 2020!"
