In Honor of Chattanooga Shooting Victims, Flags in Dublin to be Flown at Half-Staff
Dublin honors five American troops killed in the attack.
By Presidential Proclamation, U.S. flags at City of Dublin buildings will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Saturday, July 25, in memory of the victims of the July 16 shooting in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
