Hooters Closes In Dublin
The restaurant operated at its Dublin Boulevard location for 16 years.
DUBLIN, CA — Known for its chicken wings, sports fans and scantily clad Hooter Girls, Hooters in Dublin closed its doors after 16 years.
The lease was up at the restaurant, at 7944 Dublin Blvd., and management opted not to renew due to such rising costs as minimum-wage increases and the cost of supplies, according to Dublin city officials.
The exact date of the closing was not available, however, a farewell notice from operators was taped to the front door, thanking customers for 16 years of patronage and directing them to locations in San Bruno and Rohnert Park.
