In Memory of Lisa Lynn Ragone
The Dublin resident was inducted into the Tri-Valley Sports Hall of Fame in 1994.
DUBLIN, CA - Lisa Lynn Ragone passed away peacefully on February 23, 2016, in Manteca, CA, at the age of 39. Lisa was born on January 18, 1977, in Livermore, CA, to Anthony Ragone and Debbie Ragone. She lived the past few years in Dublin, CA.
She is survived by her mother, Debbie Ragone of Tracy, her father and step-mom Anthony and Janis Ragone of Tracy, her siblings Robert (Randy) Ragone of Grants Pass, OR, Christopher Luna of Manteca, CA and Angela Luna of Tracy. Lisa also leaves behind her nephews Blake Ragone, Aidan Luna, Braeden Campbell, Rylan Luna and Calen Luna as well as Aunts and Uncles: Christie Caccavo, Larry and Sharon Adcock, Richard and Malia Ragone, Michael and Laura Ragone, Robert Terry and Tania Pickett, Robert and Robin Hauan, Ron and DeDe Hauan as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Lisa participated in Special Olympics from 8 years of age to 21 years of age. She played basketball, soccer, baseball and bowling. She was inducted into the Tri-Valley Sports Hall of Fame in 1994. She also participated in the Special Olympics National Event in Los Angeles where her soccer team took 3rd place. Lisa loved to vacation at Lake Pillsbury where she learned to swim. She has lived on her own since she was 26 years old in group homes. She loved to eat out, go shopping, get manicures and pedicures, bracelets, Hello Kitty, talk on her cell phone and her favorite sport team was the Raiders. Her favorite times were all holiday gatherings with family and friends.

She was so so precious and made friends everywhere she went. Rest in Peace our precious angel.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 12, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at St. Philips Church, 8850 Davona Dr., Dublin, CA.
