DUBLIN, CA — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.
Nancy Polcyn sent us this lovely photo of her with her daughter, Becky, while they volunteered in Mexico with the John Knox Presbyterian Church of Dublin.
"This is a picture of my daughter and I when we were down in Mexico building a house for a family in need. Becky had volunteered with our church the last 3 years and I was happy to be joining her last summer Becky has a heart for helping others - and for adventure! I was happy to share this experience with her!"
