Resident Says Hernandez Will Bring Experience To Board of Supes
Dublin resident Chris Bennett says Melissa Hernandez is a "committed leader willing to make tough decisions."

Dear Patch Editor:
For the first time in over 20 years, voters have the opportunity to choose a new representative for District 1 on the Alameda County Board of Supervisors. It’s an opportunity to elect someone who views the issues as a mother, a businesswoman and a community servant: Melissa Hernandez. During her time on the Dublin City Council, she has proven to be a committed leader willing to make tough decisions with the best interests of her community at heart.
Melissa is hard-working, determined and well-versed in the complex issues surrounding transportation, public safety and housing. In addition, her background as the daughter of migrant farm workers gives her personal insight into the issues of economic uncertainty that many families face in Alameda County. She will bring both her experience and a listening ear to the Board of Supervisors.

Melissa has the support of fellow Supervisors Richard Valle, Wilma Chan and Scott Haggerty, the man who she would replace. It is significant that they have confidence in her leadership and integrity - as do I.
I hope you will consider joining me in voting for Melissa. If you need more information, go to http://www.hernandezforsupervisor.com.
