Resident Supports Catherine Kuo For Dublin School Board
In a letter to the editor, Ramya Ramakrishnan says Catherine Kuo will make Dublin schools better.

Dear Editor:
As we are inching closer to the elections, area 3 in Dublin which is the neighborhood surrounding BART, Dougherty elementary and Camp Parks is getting ready to vote for the representative of their choice for the DUSD School board Trustee role.
Voters in areas 4 and 5 were successful in getting the candidates of their choice elected to the school board although there were attempts to silence the voice of the people. I truly believe that voters in area 3 are smart and knowledgable and know whom they need to vote for. For many this is a no-brainer because Catherine Kuo isn't someone new about whom people found out just before the elections! She has donned several volunteer hats over the years and served selflessly to benefit the teachers, parents and of course the students.

Being a PFC President, School site council member, Art in Action Chair, and a part of the 2nd high school design committee (in addition to volunteering in other capacities) speaks volumes about the intent of the candidate - which is to serve the students and the community.
She is a regular attendee at the school board meetings and has been for years. Her children attend Dublin schools and therefore she has first hand knowledge of issues that need to be addressed and are of priority. People know that they need to vote for someone who has been around for years and demonstrated understanding, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems and make our schools better. This is why I believe that they will elect Catherine Kuo as their Trustee. Good luck Catherine. We know that you deserve to win.
