Shapes Fitness For Women Celebrates Grand Opening In Dublin

DUBLIN, CA — A new fitness facility recently opened in Dublin. Shapes Fitness For Women will celebrate their grand opening on Oct. 17, according to the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.

San Carlos residents and AZO Fitness, Inc. proprietors Amy & Ron Kodl own Shapes. In a video posted to their Facebook page, they said the gym environment is "judgment-free" and "safe for women."

Shapes, which moved into the remodeled storefront formerly home to Aaron Brothers, offers group fitness and wellness classes. The gym amenities include a kids zone, personal training, an infrared sauna, locker rooms and "Beer Yoga" on select "Fit Friday" evenings. Employees said the next "Beer Yoga" event is scheduled on Nov. 1 at 5 p.m.
