Pleasanton, California (June 1, 2021) – Michael Riley, a professional REALTOR® for more than 47 years, has been recognized for his service to the REALTOR® community.

Riley, a Dublin resident, was recently named a Director for Life by the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) Board of Directors.
Director for Life is one of the most prestigious awards C.A.R. bestows on a member and requires years of outstanding performance and dedicated service to the Association, including a minimum of ten years of active service to C.A.R. and at least five years as a C.A.R. Director.

Riley became a member of the C.A.R. Board of Directors in 1996 and has served as Chair of several C.A.R. committees including: Standard Forms Advisory, Home Ownership Housing, Legal Action Fund Trustees, Committee Liaison, and Expo.
His service also includes leadership positions with local REALTOR® associations. Riley served as the President of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors in 1997; and was the Bay East REALTOR® of the Year in 2001. He also served as the President of the California State Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® during 2009.
