
It's the big night tonight and Mother Nature is sparing the Tri-Valley of rain but will still offer a reason to wear thermals and tights under those Halloween costumes.
According to the National Weather Service, Thursday, Oct. 31 will be sunny during the day, with a high of near 74-76 degrees, depending on city. There will be a "calm wind becoming north-northeast" around 5 mph in the afternoon and about 6 mph in the evening.
There will be a low varying between around 45 and 48 degrees.
