1 Killed In Sonoma County Motorcycle Accident
A motorcyclist was killed Friday morning in a collision in Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A motorcyclist was killed Friday morning in a collision in Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
On Friday at 8:21 a.m., CHP officers responded to Occidental Road west of High School Road on a report of a collision involving a motorcycle.
Medical personnel responded and pronounced the motorcyclist deceased at the scene.

Investigators said a Yamaha R6 was traveling east on Occidental Road when it crossed the double yellow lines to pass a slower vehicle.
The motorcycle then collided head-on with a SUV. Another SUV was also involved in the collision. The drivers and passengers of the other vehicles were not injured in the collision.
