2.8-Magnitude Earthquake Reported Near The Geysers
The earthquake was 1.3 miles deep.

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.8 was recorded near The Geysers in Sonoma County Sunday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The temblor was reported at 9:55 p.m. about 2 miles east-southeast of The Geysers, which is a geothermal area north of Healdsburg.
