3.2-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Off Sonoma County Coast
Three quakes also recorded in Mendocino County, and one near Cottonwood. (Breaking)

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.2 struck off the coast of Sonoma County Sunday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake was reported at 11:42 p.m. eight miles west-southwest of the unincorporated community of Sea Ranch.
No further information was immediately available.

Further north, meanwhile, in Mendocino County, three quakes were logged near Laytonville. The first struck Sunday night at 10:02 p.m., registered at 2.9-magnitude.
That was followed today by a 2.8-magnitude at 5:19 a.m., and a 2.6-magnitude at 5:48 a.m., the USGS said.

Sunday at 6:29 p.m., a 2.6-magnitude shaker was logged near Cottonwood in Shasta County.
