Retirees and Restaurant Workers Make Between $101,00 and $134,000

Measure P Misses the Mark

I find it interesting that the City of Healdsburg says there are no arguments against Measure P. How many restaurant, hotel, winery workers and retirees have incomes that fall within the income requirement of $101,000 to $134,000 annually to qualify for the new Measure P housing? The City states that Measure P would give retirees a way to continue living in Healdsburg after they retire -- how many retirees have incomes that fall within the specified range? I imagine not very many. What about most local workers -- do these families have incomes that fall within this range? Who are we really catering to here?
