ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA — Construction work on eastbound I-205 at I-580 between Altamont and Tracy has been causing traffic delays Thursday morning.

Earlier, the right lane on eastbound I-205 was closed but then briefly reopened before being shut down again, the CHP reported around 10:20 a.m.
