Killiney Kopitiam will open on West Jack London Boulevard later this year.
LIVERMORE, CA — Killiney Kopitiam is Singapore’s oldest cafe. It is now being franchised in the United States, and one of the first restaurants will be in Livermore.
Singapore native Amanda Toh Steckler is Killiney Kopitiam’s master franchisee for the U.S. Her goal, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, is to take Singaporean food mainstream in America.
The Killiney Kopitiam menu includes curries, nasi lemak, and roti prata with an eye toward expanding selections.
