Fog Expected Saturday Morning In Tri-Valley

Patchy fog was seen throughout the Bay Area Friday morning, with more sun expected in the afternoon.

TRI-VALLEY, CA — Patchy fog was seen throughout the Bay Area Friday morning, with some of the lowest visibility reported in Livermore, according to the National Weather Service. Officials advised that skies were expected to be clearer and temperatures should be a bit warmer in the late morning or afternoon.

Livermore, Napa and Salinas had the lowest visibility in the region around 5 a.m. Friday at a quarter-mile.

Patchy fog was forecast Friday night and Saturday morning.

Drivers were advised use use caution on their morning commute, as they may drive in and out of dense fog, according to NWS.
